Michelle has been part of the Ginger Baxter Group since 2015. She joined our group after 17 successful years of owning and operating a home daycare & preschool. As the Director of Operations, she is the backbone of the office: managing paperwork, facilitating communication, coordinating transactions, scheduling appointments, and account management. Her excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects and clients at a time makes her an invaluable asset to the group. She is always happy to help out however the group needs, and is the “glue” that keeps things organized and running smoothly.
Michelle loves spending her spare time with her four beautiful children and her dog Beyli. She enjoys spending time outdoors gardening, kayaking, biking, and traveling.
