As a Buyer’s Agent, you will sell traditional real estate and also new builds that require your regular presence at fully furnished models. As clients’ main interaction with GBG, it is your task to provide an experience above and beyond their expectations. You will convey knowledge about the market and local offerings, expertise in transaction and home-buying matters, and passion for people and our industry. In addition to partnering with existing clients and referrals, you will also expand GBG’s client base through various prospecting strategies. It is your responsibility to connect with leads and demonstrate results through strong relationship-building skills.

Prospect for both seller and buyer leads
Utilize Boomtown to manage drip campaigns and manage your current contacts daily
Ensure that buyers are pre-qualified with mortgage lender
Identify & show homes to prospective home buyers, while acting as their advocate by providing home pricing information, market research and community information
Educate buyers on all aspects of home buying process
Schedule showings of homes with buyers, and refine buyers’ criteria to select additional homes to show as necessary
Write & submit all offers to purchase homes for buyer clients
Negotiate offers to purchase and oversee entire negotiation process, while also negotiating all inspection repairs
Provide buyers access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting & etc
Promptly return all buyer telephone calls, texts and/or emails
Gather and answer buyer questions about potential homes and local community information
Communicate diligently with administrative staff to ensure the highest level of service to buyers from initial contact through contract to close
Regularly attend team meetings and attend all office training for working with buyers
Keep Lead Buyer’s Agent informed on all client communications and developments (copied on all emails & update notes in CRM)
Regularly assure buyer of Lead Buyer’s Agent’s involvement
Licensed Real Estate Agent in State of Michigan
Industry and sales experience a big advantage
Strong, attentive written and verbal communication skills
Possesses desire for continuous education
Ethical, honest, and skilled at relationship-building; also team-oriented
Full-time
Commission based; $30,000 to $75,000/year
