Pets are to be kept with such care and restraint so as to not have obnoxious noise, odor, or unsanitary conditions. No savage or dangerous animals. No animals running loose and animals must be attended. Animals must be kept on lease by a person of such age, size, and discretion able to exert complete control. Anyone who permits animals on premises must indemnify the Association for loss, damage, etc. Anyone can seize any loose animal and return it to the owner or deliver it to dog warden without liability.
