As Lead Buyer’s Agent, you will sell traditional real estate and also new builds that require your regular presence at fully furnished models. However, your main responsibility will be to enable GBG Buyer’s Agents to streamline their positions by: fielding industry questions, promote training to build new skills and perfect existing ones, providing aid in all necessary capacities and playing an integral role in team communication. Recruit, train and mentor additional Buyer’s Agents
Encourage appropriate and continued education
Prospect for both seller and buyer leads
Utilize Boomtown to manage drip campaigns and manage your current contacts daily
Ensure that buyers are pre-qualified with mortgage lender
Identify & show homes to prospective home buyers, while acting as their advocate by providing home pricing information, market research and community information
Educate buyers on all aspects of home buying process
Schedule showings of homes with buyers, and refine buyers’ criteria to select additional homes to show as necessary
Write & submit all offers to purchase homes for buyer clients
Negotiate offers to purchase and oversee entire negotiation process, while also negotiating all inspection repairs
Provide buyers access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting & etc
Promptly return all buyer telephone calls, texts and/or emails
Gather and answer buyer questions about potential homes and local community information
Communicate diligently with administrative staff to ensure the highest level of service to buyers from initial contact through contract to close
Regularly attend team meetings and attend all office training for working with buyers
Licensed Realtor in State of Michigan
Minimum three years of industry and sales experience
Strong, attentive written and verbal communication skills
Experience with people management or employee development
Ethical, honest, and skilled at relationship-building

Commission based; $45,000-85,000/year + Bonus Structure
