Responsibilities:
Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
Help seller price their home by conducting market analysis to ensure listing prices are well-researched
Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client
Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings
Some face to face interactions with lots of communication via phone, text, email
Commission-based pay
Qualifications:
Licensed Realtor in State of Michigan
Minimum three years of industry and sales experience
Strong, attentive written and verbal communication skills
Experience with people management or employee development
Ethical, honest, and skilled at relationship-building
Time Requirements & Compensation:
Full-time
Commission based; $45,000-85,000/year + Bonus Structure
